Urlas Apartments offers four apartments with their own kitchens and bathrooms in Velká Úpa, part of Pec pod Sněžkou, close to the slopes of SkiResort ČERNÁ HORA – PEC. A place for couples, families and friends who want to head into the mountains and enjoy time together.

Our mountain house stands on a sunny south-facing hillside near the Modřín ski slope. Each apartment can also be booked for just two guests, with maximum capacities of 4, 5 or 6 guests depending on the apartment. If you are travelling with a larger group, you can rent the entire house for up to 20 people.

You can set off directly from Urlas for a hike up Sněžka or a shorter walk in the surrounding countryside. We will be happy to help you choose a route.

Planning a holiday with family or friends? Looking for a place for an informal team-building getaway? Book all four apartments at Urlas, accommodating up to 20 guests in total, and enjoy the property exclusively for your group.

Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. For breakfast together, relaxed evenings or planning your trips, gather in Útulna, our communal lounge with seating for 12, or on the south-facing terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue.

South-facing terrace with an outdoor kitchen

Enjoy your morning coffee or prepare dinner on the barbecue on our shared terrace overlooking the Velká Úpa valley. There is an outdoor kitchen with running water, electrical sockets and a seating area with oak furniture. The terrace is available to guests staying in all apartments.

The Útulna lounge and self-service shop

Útulna is a shared lounge where you can gather for a meal, spend time with friends or plan your next outing. Its wooden interior is complemented by a large window overlooking the surrounding countryside.

The facilities include a self-service Honesty Market, open to guests 24 hours a day. Choose your food and drinks from the current selection and pay for them separately.

HOW THE HONESTY MARKET WORKS

Sauna – the warmth of a wood fire and views across the valley

After a day on the hiking trails or ski slopes, unwind in our wood-fired sauna overlooking the Velká Úpa valley. It accommodates up to 5 people. Between sauna sessions, you can cool off in a natural pool in the stream or in the snow.

Use of the sauna is free for overnight guests.
