In our apartment studios and maisonettes, top-notch modern design blends with the authentic architecture of our mountains. Upon arrival, you’ll be enchanted by the honest wooden ceilings and exposed beams, which lend a warm mountain atmosphere to the interior. Every detail tells a story – designer accessories bear our house’s logo, proudly derived from the legendary Mutich’s Silent Marks, ancient tourist symbols of the Krkonoše Mountains.

We designed the bathrooms in a bold and elegant black design, combining the rawness of stone with the lightness of glass. Each apartment is equipped for your absolute comfort: you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchenette with a Beko coffee machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a modern airfryer (hot-air fryer) for quick and healthy meal preparation after a full day returning from the mountains. It’s a place where modern luxury meets tradition.

Our terrace, situated on the sun-drenched south side of the house, offers breathtaking views of the Velká Úpa valley. It’s an oasis of tranquility where time slows down. We’ve furnished it with solid, designer oak furniture, perfect for all-day lounging, reading books, or sharing stories from your ridge hikes.

You’ll find a complete outdoor kitchen here, with running water and electrical outlets, so you can cook al fresco, surrounded by the nature of the Krkonoše Mountains. Morning coffee on this terrace, accompanied only by the sound of the nearby stream and the first rays of sun, is an absolute delight and a ritual you’ll remember long after returning home. We warn you – you simply won’t want to leave this terrace!

Útulna – The Heart of the Home, where flavors and stories meet
Útulna is our shared space designed for experiences, sharing, and comfort. The interior will captivate you with its unique paneling crafted from several types of wood and a large panoramic window that brings the mountain nature indoors. In the evening, Útulna transforms into a magical place – illuminated refrigerators and freezers not only reveal a rich selection of drinks and treats but also pleasantly and ambiently illuminate the entire room.

In Útulna, you will find fully equipped facilities, including an oven, a coffee machine, and everything you need to quickly prepare delicious pizza, pancakes, or other treats. Whether you are planning an evening wine tasting, a community gathering with friends, or a small corporate teambuilding event, Útulna will provide you with the perfect retreat with an unforgettable atmosphere.
